Meet the Founder

Founded by Kristina Legault in January 2026, The Agents Circle was created to address a gap in the real estate industry. At its core, The Agents Circle is about shifting the culture from competition to collaboration. As agents, we work together to bring deals to life.  This community extends that mindset beyond the transaction. It’s a place to share ideas, learn from one another and succeed together.

The Agents Circle is a dynamic community where real estate professionals come together to tackle industry challenges, share proven strategies and accelerate their career growth.

What should you expect at our monthly masterminds? Each mastermind kicks off with a fun, low-pressure activity such as Real Estate Bingo, trivia or guess the final sale price to get everyone engaged and thinking creatively. From there, we dive into a timely topic that deserves attention in today’s market. This is a collaborative forum built on shared ideas, open conversation and practical insights. The Agents Circle is intentionally collaborative, not competitive where people bring value and everyone leaves with even more.
